Bevel-Capable 5-axis Waterjet Cutting – precision cutting of various metals for complex interfaces, without introducing a heat-affected zone (HAZ)

CNC Plasma Cutting – efficient profile cutting for plate and structural components to support production throughput and fabrication flow

Assembly Integration – machined parts, non-metal components, and hardware integrated into fabricated assemblies

Welding

Inspection-ready welding that ensures joint integrity, procedure compliance, and inspection confidence.

Multi-Process Welding – including FCAW, GTAW, and SMAW across carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Dissimilar Metal Joining – mixed-material interfaces and metallurgical transitions

Certified Welding Personnel – AWS-qualified welders tested to industry welding codes and procedures

Inspection Support – coordination with third-party CWI-certified inspectors

Surface Preparation & Industrial Coatings

Prep-to-coat workflow producing adhesion, corrosion protection, and acceptance documentation before shipment.

Abrasive Blasting – surface preparation to SSPC-SP10 (near-white) requirements

Zinc-Rich Industrial Coatings – primer coats for galvanic corrosion protection and topcoat compatibility

Multi-Coat Paint Systems – executed to the coat schedule, recoat windows, and dry film thickness (DFT)

Inspection Support – coordination with third-party AMPP (NACE)-certified inspectors

Metrology & As-Built Verification

As-built capture and dimensional verification that drive confidence detailing, fabrication, and alignment.

Portable CMM Verification - datum-based, feature-level dimensional and GD&T verification for critical features and interfaces

3D Laser Scanning - high-resolution as-built point cloud capture for reverse engineering and retrofit detailing

Model-to-Field Layout and Precision Alignment - laser-based layout and verification (robotic total station) tied to project control for integration-critical interfaces.
